It had central location close to Medici Chapel. This hotel was in a good area close to Near to centre, all main attractions, and Florence through the train station.

Mind-blowing location near train station and attractions. Spacious, well-ventilated room with nice view. Abundant, delicious breakfast. Superbly supportive staff provided maps and printed documents for free.

Interesting place for exploring Florence. Excellent hotel so close to the central station. Great location, so close to a terminus railway station. Found in a good area. Historic building and rooms with a nice balcony.

Particularly good and magnificent location, it's found walk from a train station. Staff is really friendly and you can park your car nearby.

There is mold in some places.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence. The breakfast was satisfactory with yogurt, pancakes plus meats, greatly enjoyed it.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the main train station and the airport tram station. This made it easy for us to get around and explore the city without any hassle. the hotel provided a free breakfast that was truly excellent. We were treated to a wide variety of delicious options, including pastries, yogurt, cheeses, and meats.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. there were some noise issues, particularly with other guests being loud when returning to their rooms.

Consistently courteous staff, satisfactory breakfast, incredible location close to train station, friendly staff, and restaurants. New-fashioned and perfect room plus fairly clean bathroom. Breakfast with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, meats...

The location was particularly good and excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

On my European tour, I stayed at Lilium Hotel after visiting Paris, Switzerland, Venice, and Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a smile every time. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The included breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, from pastries to eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for both its location and excellent service.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The facilities were convenient for networking and socializing with fellow attendees.

The only drawback was the absence of a dedicated work space in the room. It would have been helpful to have a desk or a designated area for me to comfortably work on my laptop and prepare for the forum.

The location is marvellous, so close to the central station. As we remember, there's variety of restaurants to choose from, like Trattoria Mario, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
